Frequently Asked Qs

For general inquiries, a regular email message is totally fine! I am happy to answer short Qs thru Instagram DM's if the app notifies me that there is a message request.

Instagram sometimes does not notify me when someone messages, which is usually why I redirect to email/booking form. Email is also more streamline to do admin so I don't lose important information like dates and deposits :)

Deposit/Reschedule policy

At least 48 hours notice is required to keep the deposit intact.

Less than 48 hours’ will require a new deposit to reschedule, or in the case of a cancellation the deposit is forfeited and cannot be refunded.

In cases of emergency or sudden sickness, this policy is waived. This does not count for no shows or if only communicated after the appointment time.

Studio Accessibility

From December 2024 onwards, my resident studio location is in  Naarm/Melbourne CBD on Bourke Street. *Studio address will be emailed to you with booking information and this does not apply for guest studios that I will be working at
